Is it open only to schools affiliated to CBSE?
No. Any school affiliated to any of the recognised boards in India can participate in the contest
How many members are there in a school team?
A school team comprises two students of classes IX to XII
Can a school send more than one team?
Only a host school of a City Round is allowed to have two teams
Is there a participation fee?
No. Participation is free of cost
What is required of a participating school?
A school has to register and send its team along with a teacher in-charge
What is the duration of the contest?
The City Round begins at 10 am and is over by 1.30 pm

A few sample papers and answers have been uploaded on crypticsingh.com
Where is the contest held?
Every City Round has a host school in the city. Schools from cities in the vicinity can too participate in the contest. Year-end Grand Finale is held in New Delhi
What are the prizes, incentives for the participating students?
There are winners’ and runners-up trophies for each City Round. All participating students receive certificates
